ACTIVY is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Technical Team Leader to join its talented project development and R&D group in building web and mobile solutions for clients or even our own products..

You Will

• Lead a team of strong and experienced engineers by setting an example and engage the team to continue to develop our a high-quality product in short, agile timeframes
• Be a part of a successful development team building innovative solutions, and other groundbreaking technologies (the latest and greatest)
• Work closely with company leadership, product managers, and designers to architect, prioritize, and iterate over product functionality
• Be comfortable to adopt new technologies and drive your team to follow your technological direction.
• Reside in Bandung or willing to relocate to Bandung, Indonesia

You Are

• An experienced team leader with proven leadership skills in an agile environment and the ability to work with from fresh graduate to top-notch engineers.
• A top talent software engineer/architect with significant hands-on experience developing web and mobile applications, including at least 8 of combined years working with PHP, JavaScript, Java, Python and hybrid mobile technologies such as ReactNative and Ionic
• Familiar Swift and Android application development technologies
• Familiar with application development methodologies
• Comfortable with both back-end and front-end development
• Preferably a graduate in computer science or a similar field
• Someone who enjoys being responsible for and taking ownership over the product you are working on
• Most importantly, someone who is looking to join a creative development team that tackles challenges creatively and collaboratively
• Fluent or very proficient in English
